Seeking a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in project management, possessing exceptional organizational and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a similar role, along with a strong educational background in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budget oversight, and team coordination is essential. Familiarity with industry-standard software tools and methodologies is required, and professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is required, with a Master’s degree considered a plus.
Accomplished professionals with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes in human resources roles spanning five to ten years are sought.
Proficiency in the setup of manufacturing processes is a prerequisite for this role.
Membership with the Canadian Institute of Project Management Professionals (CI PMN) and/or possession of the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification would be advantageous.
