Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Serve as the primary liaison between senior management and departmental teams to facilitate seamless communication and alignment with company goals. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, compliance, and overall performance. Regularly conduct store visits to assess product availability and evaluate performance metrics for assigned client locations.
Foster and sustain robust professional connections with store owners and staff members.
Maintain correct product placement, visibility, and positioning within retail environments to enhance customer accessibility and appeal.
Assist clients in boosting sales performance by proactively engaging with their target audience and effectively promoting products to drive revenue growth.
Analyze and deliver insights regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitive actions to inform strategic decision-making.
Monitor inventory levels diligently and initiate replenishment procedures when stock levels fall below predetermined thresholds.

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, along with a minimum of three years in a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving industry trends.
