We oversee the planning, recruitment, training, partner visits, and sales support initiatives for all Direct Channels Sales agents, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of these key functions.
Develop and execute strategic approaches for sales channels while maintaining precise and forward-thinking oversight of sales projections.
Achieve and surpass the predetermined sales targets for the channel, encompassing new customer acquisition, revenue growth, customer retention, and back-to-stock turnover.
Demonstrate the retail brand consistently and effectively across various regions, ensuring broad visibility and recognition.
Communicate the organization’s competitive offerings, including commission structures, performance-based incentives, branding initiatives, and other frameworks, to your line manager and relevant departments as needed.
Track and evaluate channel sales performance and collection metrics to ensure optimal revenue realization and financial stability.
Oversee and regulate sales performance within the Direct channel, ensuring compliance with established Smile criteria and benchmarks.
Identify optimal locations for executing sales promotions and campaigns while determining the most effective distribution methods for promotional materials across various channels.

Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree, such as a B.Sc. or HND, is required.
