Requirements

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a comparable discipline is required.

Required professional HR certification such as CPM, CIPD, SHAM, RCI, or an equivalent credential.

A minimum of seven years in Human Resources is required, with at least three years specializing in Talent Management, Recruitment, or Learning & Development.

Experienced professionals with a track record in performance management, talent acquisition, employee development, and engagement are sought after.

Proficient understanding of Nigerian labor regulations and HR best practices is essential.
