We are looking for a skilled, creative, and student-centered Business Studies & EVE Teacher to strengthen our secondary school faculty. The ideal candidate will design and deliver dynamic lessons in Business Studies and National Values Education (EVE), fostering students’ intellectual growth, ethical awareness, and personal development.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing the core functions of the role, including the execution of pivotal tasks and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Serve as a pivotal contributor to cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve departmental and company-wide goals. Develop and implement innovative solutions to address operational challenges, while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth. Act as a key liaison between leadership and teams, providing clear communication and actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed. Ensure adherence to industry best practices, compliance standards, and company policies throughout all operations.

Deliver instructional sessions in strict adherence to approved curricula, lesson plans, and institutional guidelines.

Employ innovative, student-centered instructional strategies to deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies and National Values Education (EVE), ensuring optimal learning outcomes through contemporary pedagogical approaches.

Develop comprehensive lesson plans, including instructional materials, assignments, engaging class activities, and assessment tools such as tests and examination papers, all aligned with established curriculum standards.

Oversee students’ academic development and evaluate the efficacy and comprehensiveness of instructional strategies and curriculum designs, offering constructive feedback to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Proactively identify students with unique learning requirements, collaborating closely with the Remedial Teacher to devise tailored intervention strategies.

Ensure classroom discipline is upheld, enforce approved disciplinary measures for minor infractions, and promptly escalate any significant disciplinary matters to the Sectional Head.

Deliver compassionate pastoral care while fostering the holistic growth of students in their academic pursuits, social interactions, moral development, and emotional well-being.

Grade students’ work—including class assignments, tests, projects, and exams—thoroughly and on time, ensuring evaluations are conducted fairly and consistently.

Continuously track and document students’ academic progress, behavioral patterns, and accomplishments, providing timely reports to relevant stakeholders.

Develop and sustain clear, consistent communication channels with parents or guardians to provide updates on students’ academic progress and overall well-being.

Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment by encouraging teamwork and positive interactions among all members of the school community.

Engage collaboratively in faculty meetings, school events, professional development sessions, and extracurricular programs to support a cohesive and dynamic learning environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of professional experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also required to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The position may involve occasional travel or remote work, depending on project demands.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Education, Economics, Educational Management, Social Studies, or a closely related field is required.

TRCN certification represents a valuable asset to your application.

With a minimum of three years of secondary school teaching experience, you bring a solid foundation in education and classroom management to this role.

Possesses comprehensive expertise in both Business Studies and National Values Education curriculum frameworks.
