REQUIRED PROFILE
With a minimum of three years of experience in key account or institutional sales within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, candidates are expected to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering results.
Proven experience managing corporate or structured retail accounts is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have previously engaged in structured sales environments rather than open market transactions.
Possesses proven expertise in handling physical goods, including tissue products, fast-moving consumer goods (FCMG), beverages, and food items.
Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation and the ability to effectively manage client relationships.
Demonstrates a strong capacity for autonomous work with minimal oversight, effectively managing tasks and priorities without constant direction. Exhibits self-motivation, disciplined time management, and the ability to make sound decisions while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives. Reliable in fulfilling responsibilities with minimal check-ins, ensuring consistent productivity and accountability.
Daily field reporting is conducted, followed by structured weekly updates to ensure comprehensive data collection and timely communication of findings.
Driven by ambitious goals and a strong commercial acumen, with a track record of achieving targets through disciplined execution.
