Deliver instructional sessions and educational content in strict alignment with established teaching frameworks, approved lesson plans, and institutional guidelines.
Deliver comprehensive instruction in Christian Religious Studies (CRS) and History through dynamic, student-focused teaching strategies that foster meaningful learning experiences.
Develop structured lesson plans, assignments, projects, classroom activities, assessments, and examination materials that fully comply with established curriculum standards.
Evaluate students’ academic advancement and offer constructive feedback regarding the efficacy and comprehensiveness of instructional strategies and educational plans.
Proactively identify students who require tailored learning accommodations and collaborate with the Remedial Teacher to design and implement effective support strategies.
Uphold classroom order by enforcing approved disciplinary measures for misdemeanors and escalating significant disciplinary concerns to the Sectional Head without delay.
Deliver compassionate pastoral care while fostering the holistic growth of students in their academic pursuits, ethical foundations, emotional well-being, and social engagement.
Accurately and promptly evaluate students’ assignments, tests, projects, and examinations.
Consistently track and evaluate students’ academic progress, behavior, and accomplishments, ensuring timely documentation and reporting of observations.
Develop and sustain constructive relationships with parents or guardians to ensure timely updates on students’ academic performance and well-being as required.
Foster a culture of integrity, ethical decision-making, professionalism, and civic responsibility among the student body.
Facilitate a constructive and cohesive team dynamic that fosters collaboration while promoting an inclusive and encouraging educational atmosphere.
Engage consistently in staff meetings, school events, professional development sessions, and extracurricular initiatives to foster collaboration and enhance program effectiveness.
Seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team, responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule. Applicants must possess strong communication skills, proficiency in project management software, and a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Applicants must hold at minimum a Bachelor of Education or a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a specialization in Christian Religious Studies, History, Religious Studies, Education Arts, or a closely related field.
The TRCN certification is required for this position.
Candidates must possess at least four years of hands-on teaching experience within a secondary school setting.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the CRS (Curriculum and Resources for Schools) and History curriculum frameworks.
Expertise in effectively managing classroom dynamics and fostering clear, engaging communication with students is essential.
Capable of motivating students both intellectually and ethically.
