Job Description

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will collaborate with the Brand, Marketing, and Communications team to develop compelling visual designs for both digital and print platforms.

You will contribute to the creation of marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, brand assets, and other visual content, ensuring alignment with the organization’s established brand guidelines.

Additionally, you will provide assistance to creative initiatives, introduce original design concepts, and undertake any other tasks as directed by your Line Manager.

Oversee and execute essential duties encompassing project management, stakeholder communication, and operational oversight to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement strategic initiatives while maintaining rigorous compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. Monitor performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, allocate resources effectively, manage budgets, and mitigate risks to sustain operational excellence and drive sustainable growth.

Develop engaging social media visuals, promotional flyers, digital banners, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand guidelines.

Help develop engaging visual content for marketing initiatives, promotional events, and brand campaigns.

Maintain a uniform brand identity across all design materials to uphold consistency and coherence in visual representation.

Develop and refine presentations and proposals to ensure clarity, impact, and persuasiveness in conveying key information.

Produce visually compelling images and design graphics tailored for various digital platforms.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to execute creative projects.

Ensure design files and assets are organized and maintained in a structured manner.

Assist in various creative and branding projects as directed.

Candidates must fulfill specific qualifications to be considered for this role, including a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar position. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to interact effectively with stakeholders.
