Job Summary

We’re in search of a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to spearhead the expansion of our HR Outsourcing division.

The successful applicant will be tasked with cultivating leads, finalizing agreements, and advocating for our HR services to both prospective and current clients.

This position emphasizes sales performance and is driven by specific targets.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and monitor projects that drive performance improvements and foster innovation. Serve as a primary liaison between senior management and departmental leaders to streamline communication and facilitate seamless workflows. Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, mitigate risks, and recommend data-driven solutions that support sustainable growth. Maintain rigorous compliance with industry regulations while upholding the highest standards of accountability and professional integrity.

Develop and actively explore new business prospects within the HR outsourcing services sector, focusing on growth and expansion opportunities.

Prospects can be sourced through strategic cold calling initiatives, leveraging professional networks, client referrals, and targeted field marketing efforts.

Transform prospects into paying clients while securing outsourcing agreements to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Drive awareness and adoption of additional HR products and services through strategic promotion and cross-selling initiatives.

Deliver exceptional performance by consistently surpassing established sales and revenue objectives.

Cultivate enduring partnerships with clients to foster recurring engagements and enhance customer loyalty.

Prepare and distribute weekly sales and performance reports.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a preference for those with a background in service-oriented industries.

Experienced in driving sales growth and adept at confidently finalizing agreements.

Demonstrated proficiency in conveying ideas clearly and engaging in strategic discussions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Achieving goals with a proactive and driven approach.
