Assist in the compilation and processing of payroll data while monitoring and recording organizational expenditures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
Oversee the tracking of financial inflows and outflows to ensure accurate and timely recording of all monetary transactions.
Compile weekly and monthly financial statements to provide a comprehensive overview of the company’s financial performance.
Assist in reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of account balances.
Oversee the monitoring and management of inventory levels as well as operational expense tracking to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
Ensure adherence to established internal financial controls and organizational policies.
Provide support throughout audits and financial evaluations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
Holding an HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field, you must possess 2 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel and various accounting tools and software solutions is required.
Demonstrates meticulous focus on precision and correctness in all tasks performed.
Proficient analytical and organizational capabilities are essential for this role, enabling effective data interpretation, structured planning, and streamlined workflow management.
Maintains the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality in all professional interactions and duties.
Proven capability to manage tasks autonomously while adhering to established deadlines with precision and efficiency.
