The findings will serve as a foundation for shaping the next Country Program (2028–2032).
Key deliverables encompass a Desk Review Report, a draft Mission Agenda, a presentation summarizing preliminary findings, a debrief slide deck, a draft GPR Report including a summary of agreed gender equality priorities, a finalized comprehensive GPR Report, and a draft Gender Action Plan—all of which will guide the Strategic Moment of Reflection scheduled for early September.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
