The OOH Sales Executive, with a preference for female candidates to enhance gender balance, is tasked with expanding revenue streams by identifying, cultivating, and securing sales opportunities within billboard advertising, LED screens, transit media, and additional outdoor advertising solutions. This role encompasses prospecting new clients, nurturing existing accounts, drafting proposals, negotiating agreements, and overseeing campaign delivery to align with client specifications. A deep understanding of Nigeria’s advertising ecosystem, agency partnerships, and direct brand marketing frameworks is essential for success in this position.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to: driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and optimizing operational workflows to enhance organizational efficiency and performance. Ensure meticulous adherence to established policies, procedures, and compliance standards while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with broader company objectives, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making. Additionally, lead, mentor, and develop team members by delegating responsibilities, offering constructive feedback, and creating opportunities for professional growth to cultivate a high-performing workforce. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly, identify trends, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures to sustain continuous improvement and achieve measurable outcomes.
Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential clients spanning brands, agencies, SMEs, political campaigns, and NGOs to expand our business network.
Build and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective advertisers to drive business growth and revenue opportunities.
Foster enduring partnerships with advertising agencies and brand managers while ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual growth.
Craft media proposals, engage in rate negotiations, and finalize contracts to secure agreements.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to coordinate site bookings and ensure seamless campaign execution.
Track campaign metrics to ensure deliverables are executed and verify posting details for accuracy.
Monitor revenue performance relative to established targets and develop weekly sales reports to provide clear, actionable insights.
Track competitor developments and deliver comprehensive market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is mandatory. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is required, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in software development. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required. Additionally, excellent communication skills for documenting technical specifications and presenting solutions to stakeholders are necessary. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, mass communication, or a closely related discipline is required.
Experienced professionals with a proven track record of 2 to 5 years in advertising sales, media sales, or out-of-home (OOH) marketing are encouraged to apply, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Nigerian market.

Proficiency in Nigerian outdoor advertising regulations is essential, encompassing compliance with the Lagos State Advertising and Signs Agency (LASSA), the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APRON), and relevant state-level authorities.
Demonstrates strong competency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
