Job Summary

The Savings Sales Marketing Officer drives deposit mobilization initiatives, secures new savings customers, and advocates for the organization’s savings products to meet deposit growth targets.

Key duties include managing daily operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, overseeing project execution with a focus on timeliness and quality, and coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Regular reporting to senior leadership on progress and challenges is also required, alongside fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development within the team.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required for this role.

Relevant background in deposit acquisition or revenue generation is beneficial.

Strong interpersonal and networking proficiencies, along with adept relationship-building capabilities, are essential for this role.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in conveying ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in written form, with a strong aptitude for public speaking engagements and professional presentations.
