Candidates must fulfill the following qualifications to be considered for this role. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in a relevant field is mandatory, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, including advanced Excel and CRM platforms, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred, as the role involves mentoring junior staff and overseeing project execution. Compliance with company policies and adherence to professional standards are also expected.

Holders of a Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized, accredited institution are required.

Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) is a mandatory requirement for this position.

With a minimum of five to seven years of hands-on clinical practice, candidates are expected to demonstrate proficiency in patient care, diagnostic reasoning, and treatment planning. This experience should encompass direct involvement in clinical settings, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of medical protocols and evidence-based practices.

Holds a current, unrestricted medical license to practice.

Proven expertise in clinical assessment and diagnostic evaluation is essential.

Proficient in advanced life support techniques is essential.
