Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field is required.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of three to four years of hands-on experience in the human resources field, ideally within the real estate or property management industry.
Possesses comprehensive understanding of Nigerian labor legislation and leading human resources methodologies.
Demonstrated expertise in HR software solutions, HRIS platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
