What will you do…
Design scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API platforms, ensuring robust development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance to support testing needs.
Develop, implement, and update automated test scripts leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies to ensure robust quality assurance processes.
Work jointly with developers, product managers, and QA team members to establish comprehensive test strategies and clearly defined acceptance criteria.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
Responsibilities include utilizing bug-tracking tools to systematically identify, document, log, monitor, and validate defects throughout the development lifecycle.
Enhance test coverage, execution efficiency, and QA processes on an ongoing basis to drive continuous improvement.
Enhance continuous testing practices by embedding automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Engage actively in sprint planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospective discussions to ensure alignment with project goals and continuous improvement.
Perform in-depth root cause analyses and deliver practical, data-driven recommendations to enhance overall quality standards.
Remain informed about emerging QA tools, current industry trends, and established best practices to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is a must, and familiarity with regulatory compliance is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, leadership potential, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field—or relevant equivalent experience—is required.
Paragraph:
A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a primary emphasis on automation frameworks and tools, is required.
Demonstrated expertise in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C, is required.
Proficiency in utilizing test automation tools, including but not limited to Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, and Opium, is essential for this role.
Proficiency in utilizing API testing tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, Karate, and similar platforms is required.
Proficient in testing methodologies, including the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), test case design, and the bug lifecycle.
Proven expertise in version control systems, such as Git, is required.
Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps, is required.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies is required, with demonstrated experience in iterative project management frameworks. Candidates should possess a proven track record of collaborating within cross-functional teams to deliver incremental value through sprint-based cycles. Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, is essential for ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with project objectives.
