Oversee and execute the primary duties associated with the position, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Facilitate the development and implementation of strategic initiatives while maintaining accountability for project outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement within established frameworks. Monitor performance metrics to assess progress, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective measures as necessary. Serve as a liaison between departments to streamline communication, resolve discrepancies, and foster a cohesive work environment. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality assurance protocols.
Perform on-site monitoring activities, gather plant data readings, and document any irregularities or deviations from expected conditions.
Operate pumps, compressors, reboilers, separators, and LPG/CNG loading stations efficiently and safely.
Execute plan start-up and shutdown processes, as well as Lockout/Ragout (LOT) procedures, in accordance with established safety and operational protocols.
Responsible for the operation of fractionation towers, including euthanized, deproteinize, and debutante units, as well as associated auxiliary systems.
Oversee and refine fractionation processes from the centralized control room to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Oversee and ensure LPG product specifications remain compliant through the analysis and interpretation of GC data.
Support emergency response activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, and candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines is a must. Additionally, familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance protocols is highly preferred.
Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Engineering or Physical Sciences is required.
Membership in the National Stock Exchange (USE) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) is required.
Professional certification or registration with CORE is required.
A minimum of ten years of relevant experience operating comparable facilities is required.
Proficiency in HOP/HAMID training would be beneficial to the role.
