Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required.
A Master’s degree, such as an MBA, M.Sc. in Innovation Management, or Technology Management, is considered advantageous.
Proficiency in product management, innovation strategy, or digital transformation is essential.
10–12 years of progressively responsible product management, innovation, or strategy experience is required.
Accomplished expertise in delivering business technology solutions, demonstrated through a consistent history of successful implementations and outcomes.
Proven track record in directing diverse, cross-functional teams and overseeing expansive product portfolios with strategic precision.
Achieved notable success in introducing new products and fostering widespread adoption within enterprise markets.
