Job Description
The Tax Manager oversees the strategic administration of the Bank’s tax obligations for RMB Nigeria, its subsidiaries, and affiliated entities. This position guarantees adherence to Nigerian tax regulations and statutory obligations, enhances the Bank’s tax efficiency, and identifies and mitigates potential tax risks. Additionally, the Tax Manager acts as the key liaison with tax authorities and external tax consultants.

Prepare and submit all statutory tax filings and payments punctually, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value-Added Tax (VAT), Withholding Tax (WHT), Stamp Duties, Capital Gains Tax (CGT), and other relevant obligations.
Compile and validate annual tax computations and statutory filings to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsible for directing tax accounting processes, preparing provisions, and ensuring disclosures comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Ensure adherence to the provisions of the Bank and Other Financial Institutions Act (SOFIA), Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations, and applicable industry frameworks.
The governance framework for Transfer Pricing ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, facilitating accurate and consistent pricing between affiliated entities. Experience
