Oversee and execute core responsibilities integral to the role, including but not limited to strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance with organizational standards. Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing workflows, reducing costs, and driving continuous improvement across departments. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives, and timely resolution of issues. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and prepare comprehensive reports to inform decision-making and strategic direction. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional development among team members. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical guidelines in all operational activities.

Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules by analyzing outlet demand, bulk orders, and sales forecasts to ensure alignment with operational requirements.

Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the kitchen team, which encompasses cooks, chefs, and kitchen assistants.

Oversee task delegation, track workflow progression, and maintain the efficiency of kitchen operations while ensuring strict adherence to company standards.

Oversee food preparation and cooking operations to maintain uniform taste, presentation standards, and portion accuracy.

Ensure optimal staffing levels and seamless production workflows by organizing and overseeing kitchen schedules.

Oversee food preparation procedures to verify adherence to established quality standards and approved recipes.

Conduct thorough evaluations of incoming raw materials and ingredients to verify their freshness, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with proper storage protocols.

Perform regular quality inspections of food products prior to dispatch to retail locations, corporate accounts, and takeaway patrons.

Ensure full compliance with all food safety protocols, hygiene guidelines, and sanitation requirements throughout kitchen operations.

Proactively detect quality discrepancies and institute corrective measures to uphold established product specifications.

Provide comprehensive training to newly hired kitchen personnel covering essential food preparation techniques, strict hygiene protocols, and established operational workflows.

Oversee kitchen inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory team to maintain sufficient ingredient availability.

Ensure the appropriate operation and upkeep of all kitchen equipment while promptly reporting any malfunctions or issues that may arise.

Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of food orders by monitoring kitchen output.

Guarantee that all food prepared for restaurant venues, corporate clients, and special events complies with the organization’s established quality standards.

Perform routine kitchen inspections to detect and address food safety hazards and operational risks.

Maintain strict adherence to all internal policies and applicable food safety regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates must possess at least three years of professional experience in software development or a closely related area. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems is necessary. Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills are mandatory. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.

A degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Catering, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in kitchen operations, food production, or quality assurance within a food service setting.

Proficiency in food safety regulations and quality assurance methodologies is advantageous.

Demonstrated capability in leading teams, strategic planning, and producing comprehensive reports.

Proficient understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations is essential.
