Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Manager will oversee client engagements, uphold high levels of customer satisfaction, address inquiries and resolve complaints, foster customer retention, and contribute to business expansion by delivering exceptional service.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong organizational skills. The ideal applicant will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and demonstrate exceptional communication abilities. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records. Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
