Job Summary

Support office administration, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to healthcare regulatory standards.

Perform comprehensive facility inspections, document findings in detailed reports, and propose appropriate corrective measures.

Assist management in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules while ensuring facility upkeep is maintained to high standards.

Ensure meticulous documentation of all aspects related to animal health, care, and treatment.

Supervise essential animal care activities, including grooming and parasite management, to ensure the health and well-being of the animals under your care.

Maintain accurate documentation of animal care activities and oversee the execution of husbandry responsibilities.

Help develop and execute engaging activities customized to meet each resident’s unique preferences.

Deliver cognitive enhancement initiatives alongside recreational and occupational activities to foster holistic development and engagement.

Deliver personalized assistance to residents who are unable to participate in group activities on an individual basis.

Conduct risk evaluations for excursions and events, providing support as needed.

Provide support for the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for newly hired employees.

Responsibilities include supporting the management and updating of personnel files and records within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Prepare the employee schedule and guarantee the prompt submission of all staff-related information.

Track and ensure adherence to attendance protocols and HR policy guidelines.

Provides support for employee engagement programs and welfare activities to enhance overall workplace satisfaction and well-being.

Promptly and professionally address any concerns raised by employees.

Execute any additional tasks or responsibilities delegated by leadership as needed.

Candidates must satisfy the following prerequisites to be considered for this position.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline is required.

Preferably Male

Must be a resident of Isopoda or prepared to relocate to the area.

Seeking a candidate with at least five years of professional experience in administration and customer service roles.

Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
