Our client, a well-established entity in the vehicle leasing, transportation, and logistics sector, is experiencing rapid business growth, necessitating the immediate recruitment of personnel to fill several critical positions.

Primary duties include overseeing project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to strategic goals. Responsible for managing the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of a vehicle fleet, ensuring each unit remains in optimal working condition and complies with all applicable regulatory standards.

Oversee and manage the operations of drivers, verifying adherence to corporate policies, safety guidelines, and traffic legislation.

Oversee the planning and coordination of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing to maintain peak performance and reduce operational downtime.

Ensure adherence to all regulatory mandates, internal policies, and established safety guidelines by performing consistent vehicle inspections and delivering comprehensive driver training programs.

Oversee all fleet-related financial expenditures, monitor maintenance expenditures, and introduce strategic measures to reduce costs.

Work collaboratively across departments—including operations, logistics, and customer service—to maintain smooth and uninterrupted workflows.

Seeking a highly skilled candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with three years of experience in software development or a comparable role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, as is familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development best practices. Additionally, experience in database design and management, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, are required.

A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline is required.

A minimum of three to five years of professional experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related discipline is required, including at least one to two years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
