Oversee and execute essential duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met. Perform on-site monitoring, gather plant metrics, and document any deviations from expected parameters.
Operate pumps, compressors, reboilers, separators, and LPG/CNG loading stations.
Execute plan start-up and shutdown operations while ensuring adherence to lockout/ragout (LOT) protocols.
Operate fractionation towers, including euthanizes, deproteinizes, and debutantes, along with their auxiliary systems.
Monitor and enhance fractionation processes while operating from the central control room to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Ensure LPG product specifications are maintained by analyzing GC data.
Facilitate rapid emergency response operations to address critical incidents and ensure public safety.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of experience in a comparable role, demonstrating proficiency in project management and strategic planning. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with preference given to candidates holding advanced degrees or professional certifications. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities are essential. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, as well as a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines, is highly desirable. The ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaborative work environments is also necessary.
A minimum requirement includes holding an HND, B.Sc., or B.Eng. degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences.
A candidate holding USE or SPE membership demonstrates a strong commitment to industry standards and best practices.
Professional certification from CORE Nor an equivalent body is required.
Requires at least a decade of relevant experience in a comparable facility.
HOP/HAMID training experience would be a beneficial asset to your qualifications.
