Oversee and execute critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Maintain rigorous compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational staff to facilitate clear communication and alignment of goals.

Create production schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, aligning them with outlet demand, bulk order requirements, and projected sales figures.

Oversee and provide direction to kitchen personnel, which includes cooks, chefs, and kitchen assistants, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Oversee task delegation, track workflow progression, and uphold operational efficiency in the kitchen while maintaining strict adherence to company protocols and standards.

Ensure that food preparation and cooking procedures are carried out in adherence to established standards, maintaining uniformity in flavor profiles, visual appeal, and portion sizes.

Devise and implement kitchen schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels and ensure seamless production workflows.

Oversee food preparation operations to verify adherence to established quality benchmarks and approved recipes.

Examine incoming raw materials and ingredients to verify their freshness, quality standards, and adherence to proper storage protocols.

Perform regular quality inspections of food products prior to their release to retail locations, corporate accounts, and takeout services.

Ensure unwavering compliance with all food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and hygiene standards throughout kitchen operations.

Analyze and resolve quality concerns to uphold established product specifications.

Provide comprehensive training to new kitchen staff regarding food preparation standards, hygiene protocols, and operational guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Monitor kitchen inventory levels and liaise with the inventory team to maintain sufficient ingredient supplies.

Ensure the correct operation and upkeep of all kitchen equipment while promptly reporting any malfunctions or issues that arise.

Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly by overseeing the timely preparation and dispatch of food orders.

Ensure all food prepared for restaurants, corporate clients, and events adheres to the company’s established quality standards.

Perform routine kitchen audits to detect and address potential food safety hazards or operational deficiencies.

Guarantee strict adherence to established internal policies as well as all applicable food safety regulations at all times.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Three or more years of professional experience in software development, system administration, or a comparable technical role is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is necessary. Experience with database management systems and cloud computing platforms is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills are crucial. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are needed to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting is required.

A degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Catering, or a closely aligned discipline is required.

A minimum of two to four years of hands-on experience in kitchen operations, food production, or quality control within a food service setting is required.

Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality assurance protocols is beneficial.
