Food Preparation involves creating nutritious, high-quality, and visually appealing meals tailored for large gatherings of students and faculty.
Crafting specialized meal alternatives and adjusting recipes to accommodate students’ unique dietary needs—such as allergies, religious practices, or medical conditions—ensures their safe and inclusive dining experience.
Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations by ensuring proper food storage, precise temperature management, and thorough cleaning of the kitchen, dining hall, and all equipment.
Assist in the receipt of food deliveries, track stock levels diligently, and implement strategies to minimize food waste effectively.
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager to synchronize meal preparation schedules with the school’s daily bell schedule.
