We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team, responsible for overseeing and executing key operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in relevant software tools. This position represents a full-time Growth Marketer/Strategist role situated in Lagos, structured as a hybrid arrangement that blends in-person collaboration with the option to work remotely.

The Growth Marketer/Strategist will develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies spanning the entire customer journey—from initial awareness and acquisition through activation, retention, and referral phases.

You will be responsible for creating and executing growth experiments, monitoring performance and lifecycle campaigns, and overseeing critical growth metrics and dashboards.

This position focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to enhance marketing funnels, streamline landing page performance, and strengthen acquisition channels across paid, owned, and earned media platforms.

The Growth Marketer/Strategist will work in tandem with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure that growth strategies are seamlessly integrated with product roadmaps and enhancements to user experience.

This position will involve performing comprehensive market and competitor analyses, identifying key customer segments, and contributing to strategic initiatives for market expansion, product development, and partnership opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. In addition to a strong academic background, applicants must possess at least three years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably with expertise in full-stack development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential. Familiarity with frameworks like React, Node.js, or Django is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL systems. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are critical. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey technical concepts effectively.

Proven mastery in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, demonstrated through the conception and execution of data-driven growth initiatives that drive scalable results.

Requires strong expertise in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics, demonstrated through the capacity to analyze data, construct interactive dashboards, and convert analytical findings into strategic, executable plans.

Proven expertise in developing and executing lead generation initiatives, with a focus on strategic campaign planning, funnel optimization, and enhancing conversion rates across various digital platforms.

Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing channels—including search, social, email, and display—along with performance marketing best practices.

Proficient in leveraging A/B testing tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems to execute targeted, lifecycle-driven campaigns.

Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the capability to prioritize high-impact projects in dynamic settings are essential.

Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, effectively articulating insights and actionable recommendations to diverse stakeholders across the organization.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data/Analytics, or a comparable field, or relevant hands-on experience, is required.

Seeking a candidate with at least three years of practical experience in the specified domain.

Proficiency in travel, e-commerce, or consumer-facing technology platforms is highly beneficial.
