Job Summary
We invite dynamic and driven NYC Corps Members to become integral members of our Sales and Marketing team in the capacity of Sales Representatives.
The ideal candidates will spearhead efforts to promote and market the company’s products, cultivate leads, and contribute to the expansion of overall sales.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the execution of strategic initiatives, the supervision of cross-functional teams, and the management of daily operations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Drive project completion by coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and mitigating potential obstacles to maintain efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies that enhance operational excellence and foster a culture of accountability. Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and coordination to achieve collective goals. Additionally, identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend data-driven solutions, and contribute to long-term planning efforts to support sustainable growth.
Proactively engage with potential clients to enhance brand visibility and drive product awareness.
Proactively seek out and engage prospective clients to cultivate new sales prospects.
To educate customers regarding product features, benefits, and pricing, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
Foster strong connections with clients to promote ongoing patronage.
Consistently meet or surpass established sales quotas and performance benchmarks.
Analyze customer needs, evaluate market trends, and assess competitor activities to deliver strategic insights and recommendations.
Drive forward promotional initiatives, marketing campaigns, and on-the-ground field marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Diligently document and communicate daily sales performance metrics with precision and consistency.
Requirements
You must currently be serving as a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC).
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for fostering collaboration and building rapport across teams.
