This role involves [specific responsibility 1], [specific responsibility 2], and [specific responsibility 3], with potential opportunities for leadership and professional growth within the organization.

This officer is responsible for managing sales within Nigeria’s security agencies, judiciary, and court systems, in addition to federal and state universities. Their portfolio also includes specialist government institutions such as teaching hospitals, regulatory academies, and government-owned enterprises.

This territory demands a commercially strategic executive, rather than a mere relationship manager, due to its elevated deal complexity and extended procurement cycles.

We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The role involves overseeing project execution, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. Additional duties include monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions to enhance productivity.

Our primary responsibility involves collaborating with security agencies, judiciary bodies, and various institutions to drive sales initiatives. This mandate encompasses identifying and pursuing opportunities within these critical sectors to meet strategic objectives.

The role focuses on supporting key institutions such as Nigeria’s Police Force, Department of State Services (DSS), National Intelligence Agency (NIA), and the welfare and human resources systems of the Army, Navy, and Air Force. Additionally, it involves engagement with federal and state judicial bodies, including High Courts, Appeal Courts, and the Supreme Court, as well as federal and state educational institutions—universities and polytechnics—and federal teaching hospitals alongside specialist medical facilities.

As an applicant, you must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices

A degree in Marketing, preferably complemented by an MBA with a specialization in Marketing, is required. Applicants must possess a minimum of eight years of experience in sales or commercial roles, specifically within Nigerian security agencies, the judiciary, universities, or specialist government institutions. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of successfully securing contracts valued at 50 million or more, directly engaging with institutional heads.

Established professional networks at the IG, DG, VC, and Chief Justice levels across a minimum of three target institution categories, with active engagement documented within the past 18 months.

Possesses a proven capability to effectively manage intricate, politically charged institutional procurement procedures.

Commercial contract structuring experience—extensive enough to independently develop and justify a pricing framework to the Board—is required.

Demonstrated experience in government technology procurement, particularly within security or judicial domains, encompassing classified and restricted procurement methodologies.

Proficiency in pricing governance or revenue operations within enterprises characterized by diverse revenue streams is essential.
