Perform on-site monitoring activities, gather plant data, and document any irregularities detected during inspections.
Operate pumps, compressors, reboilers, separators, and LPG/CNG loading stations to ensure efficient and safe processing operations.
Execute plan start-up and shutdown procedures in adherence to established protocols. Additionally, implement Lockout/Ragout (LOT) measures to ensure operational safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
Operate fractionation towers, including euthanized, deproteinize, and debutante units, as well as related auxiliary systems.
Monitor and adjust fractionation processes from the central control room to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Ensure LPG product specifications are consistently upheld by analyzing and verifying data obtained through gas chromatography (GC).
Provide assistance during emergency response operations to ensure timely and effective intervention.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least three years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum is required, along with experience with version control systems such as Git. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are also necessary.
Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Engineering or Physical Sciences.
Membership in the National Stock Exchange (USE) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) is required.
Professional certification from CORE Nor an equivalent organization is required.
A minimum of ten years of directly relevant experience in a comparable facility is required.
Proficiency in HOP/HAMID training would be considered an additional asset.
