The OOH Sales Executive—ideally a female to support gender balance—plays a pivotal role in expanding revenue by uncovering, nurturing, and finalizing sales prospects within billboard advertising, LED displays, transit media, and additional outdoor advertising solutions. This position encompasses responsibilities such as prospecting new clients, maintaining existing accounts, crafting tailored proposals, negotiating terms, and overseeing campaign delivery to align with client objectives. Candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of Nigeria’s advertising ecosystem, proficiency in agency collaborations, and expertise in direct brand marketing frameworks.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to drive project success. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and strategic insights that support informed decision-making. Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency, compliance, and risk management. Lead initiatives to optimize resource allocation, budget adherence, and cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and collective achievement.

Proactively research and engage potential clients across diverse sectors such as brands, agencies, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), political campaigns, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to expand the client base.

To cultivate and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective advertisers represents a key responsibility.

Foster enduring professional connections with advertising agencies and brand managers to ensure sustained collaboration and mutual growth.

Develop media proposals, finalize rate negotiations, and secure contracts through strategic outreach and agreement finalization.

Collaborate closely with the operations team to facilitate site bookings and ensure seamless campaign execution.

Track campaign performance metrics and furnish documentation verifying posting or execution has been completed.

Oversee revenue performance in comparison to set targets and compile weekly sales reports.

Analyze competitor actions and deliver comprehensive market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required for this role. Minimum of three years of progressive accounting experience is essential, with at least two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and strong analytical skills are critical. Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP or Oracle, is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, mass communication, or a closely related field is required.

Seeking a candidate with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in advertising sales, media sales, or out-of-home (OOH) marketing, with a strong preference for applicants familiar with the Nigerian market.

Proven connections with advertising agencies and brand marketing teams strengthen our collaborative network.

Experienced in consistently attaining or surpassing established sales quotas.

Proven expertise in negotiation and presentation, coupled with exceptional communication abilities.

Professional Rewriting:
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing outdoor advertising in Nigeria, including guidelines from the Lagos State Advertising and Signage Agency (LASSA), the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APRON), and applicable state-level authorities.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is required.
