Job Summary
The Savings Sales Marketing Officer plays a pivotal role in driving deposit mobilization, expanding the customer base for savings accounts, and effectively marketing the organization’s savings products to meet established deposit growth targets.
Oversee the execution of integral duties to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, while providing guidance to team members to optimize performance and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align projects with overarching company goals, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively. Conduct regular evaluations of processes to identify areas for improvement, and facilitate training programs to enhance employee competencies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
