Oversee and execute critical operational tasks to ensure seamless business performance, including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies. Monitor workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement strategic improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaborative relationships. Develop and present detailed reports to senior leadership, outlining key performance metrics, progress updates, and actionable recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
Design, engineer, and deploy advanced communication systems tailored for both space-based and terrestrial platforms to ensure seamless connectivity and operational efficiency.
Design, implement, and evaluate radio frequency, satellite, and wireless communication systems and devices to ensure optimal functionality and performance. Conduct comprehensive testing procedures to validate equipment specifications, including signal integrity, transmission accuracy, and system compatibility.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate communication subsystems into aerospace platforms.
Conduct link budget analysis, process signals, and optimize protocols to ensure system efficiency and performance.
Analyze and optimize network performance while ensuring robust signal integrity across all systems.
Verify adherence to applicable regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Investigate and recommend emerging communication technologies and frameworks to foster innovative solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience is required. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or a related technical discipline is necessary. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings are crucial. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of two years of practical experience in communication system design or RF engineering is required.
Possesses a comprehensive grasp of satellite communication principles, RF circuit design, and digital modulation methodologies.
Skilled in utilizing software platforms like MATLAB, HESS, CST, or comparable tools to conduct signal and antenna simulations effectively.
Proficiency in software-defined radio (SDR), Internet of Things (IoT) communication protocols, or 5G technologies is considered advantageous.
