Job Summary

We seek a seasoned Healthcare Administrative Officer to become part of our committed team. This position is essential for maintaining seamless daily operations, improving residents’ comfort, and cultivating a warm and inviting atmosphere for families and visitors.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including but not limited to managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations, and fostering a productive work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and growth. Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and alignment to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability in all undertakings.

Support office administration, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to healthcare regulatory requirements.

Perform thorough facility inspections, compile detailed reports, and propose appropriate corrective measures based on findings.

Assist management by coordinating preventive maintenance schedules and ensuring the upkeep of facility operations.

Responsible for ensuring precise documentation of animal health statuses, care protocols, and treatment plans.

Responsibilities include overseeing essential animal care activities, such as maintaining coat cleanliness and implementing measures for parasite prevention and management.

Oversee and update animal care records while ensuring all husbandry tasks are completed thoroughly and consistently.

Provide support in the execution of engaging, person-centered activities designed to meet the unique needs of residents.

Implement and facilitate a variety of cognitive enhancement, leisure, and vocational activities tailored to individual needs and preferences.

Deliver personalized assistance to residents who are unable to participate in group activities.

Provide support in performing risk evaluations for outings and events.

Provide support in the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for new employees.

Maintain and update personnel files and documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Prepare and manage the employee schedule, while guaranteeing the prompt submission of all relevant employee information.

Track and ensure adherence to attendance protocols and HR policies.

Facilitating employee engagement strategies and welfare programs to enhance overall workplace satisfaction and well-being.

Handle employee concerns in a timely and courteous manner while maintaining professionalism.

Demonstrate flexibility in supporting various tasks and responsibilities as directed by leadership.

Minimum Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline is required for this role.

Preferences include a male candidate.

Professionals based in Isopoda or those open to relocating to the area are encouraged to apply.

A minimum of five years of professional experience in administrative or customer service roles is required.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
