Seeking a motivated professional to fill this role, we require a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, coupled with a strong academic background in a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. The ideal applicant must demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Furthermore, the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality is a must. A proven track record of delivering measurable results in previous roles is highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required.
A master’s degree, such as an MBA, M.Sc. in Innovation Management, or Technology Management, is considered a favorable qualification.
Acquired expertise in product management, innovation strategy, or digital transformation through focused training programs.
A minimum of 10 to 12 years of cumulative, progressive experience in product management, innovation, or strategic leadership roles is required.
Delivers demonstrated expertise in implementing effective business technology solutions.
Demonstrates a proven track record in directing diverse, cross-functional teams and overseeing expansive product portfolios of significant scale.
Achieved consistent success in introducing novel products and fostering widespread adoption within enterprise environments.
