Target organizations encompass entities such as the Nigerian Police Force, the Department of State Services (DSS), the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), and the welfare and human resources departments of the Army, Navy, and Air Force. Additionally, the scope includes the Federal and State High Courts, Appeal Courts, and the Supreme Court, as well as federal and state universities, polytechnics, federal teaching hospitals, and specialist medical institutions.
