We invite applications for the position of Admin/Finance Manager, a role that demands exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, to become part of our vibrant hospitality team.

The successful applicant will manage routine administrative tasks and financial processes, prioritizing efficiency, regulatory adherence, and robust internal controls throughout the organization.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. Analyze operational data to identify trends, assess performance metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate potential risks. Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior leadership and team members to align goals, track progress, and address any challenges promptly. Additionally, oversee budget management, vendor negotiations, and compliance with regulatory requirements to uphold organizational integrity.

Responsible for managing and aligning all daily administrative functions throughout the organization, fostering seamless collaboration among departments such as Front Office, Operations, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa, and Events.

Oversee the complete financial operations, encompassing budget preparation, financial projections, strategic planning, and variance assessments to facilitate informed business decisions.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations to guarantee accurate invoicing, diligent payment monitoring, and meticulous reconciliation of all financial transactions in a timely manner.

Oversee the management of petty cash disbursements for various departments, verifying accountability, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring full compliance with established internal policies.

Maintain meticulous financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation in strict compliance with established accounting standards and organizational policies to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Support payroll operations by carefully examining staff payroll inputs, verifying attendance records, overtime submissions, and deductions, as well as guaranteeing the prompt processing of salaries.

Perform periodic cost assessments across various departments—such as Food & Beverage, Rooms, Spa, and Events—to uncover potential savings and enhance overall profitability.

Work collaboratively with external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to guarantee adherence to all statutory obligations.

Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to ensure the precise tracking of revenue, thereby supporting overall revenue management efforts.

Oversee daily cash flow and financial performance, delivering timely insights and strategic recommendations to management to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with pertinent departments to manage procurement activities, guaranteeing adherence to required approvals, effective vendor oversight, and cost optimization.

Maintain accurate documentation and organized filing systems for all financial and administrative records to ensure audit readiness and promote transparency.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a closely related field is required for this position.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of four to five years of professional experience in finance and administration, with a strong preference for those with a background in the hospitality industry.

Possesses a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, with the ability to apply them effectively in practical scenarios.

Proficiency in hotel or property management operations is considered a valuable asset for this role.

Demonstrates a strong command of Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with the ability to efficiently navigate and leverage these tools for data analysis, financial reporting, and record-keeping tasks.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in organization, analytical reasoning, and leadership, enabling effective management and strategic decision-making.

Aptitude for thriving in a dynamic hospitality setting characterized by rapid operations and high-energy demands.
