Develop and enforce compliance frameworks, conduct audits, and provide guidance to teams on security best practices and regulatory obligations. Formulate and implement policies, procedures, and standards specifically designed to protect sensitive data and client information, ensuring robust information security measures.

Partner with external IT security teams to establish and maintain stringent security protocols, encompassing access management, encryption protocols, and periodic security assessments.

Partner with consulting teams to evaluate the feasibility of emerging tools and technologies while upholding Infosec compliance standards.

Assume full responsibility for overseeing the technology infrastructure, particularly the core central cloud-based systems, with a focus on delivering peak operational performance. Partner closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to design, deploy, and sustain scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Assess new technologies and analyze their potential effects on operational processes. Serve as an intermediary between operations and client teams to address unique client requirements, guaranteeing that solutions meet or surpass expectations.

Overseeing the efficient allocation and utilization of organizational resources is a critical responsibility within this role, ensuring optimal performance and productivity across all projects and operations.

Responsible for strategically distributing and supervising human resources to ensure alignment with project demands and scheduled deadlines.

Monitor resource utilisation and implement strategies to optimise resource allocation, ensuring maximum productivity and cost-effectiveness.
