We seek motivated, performance-oriented Field Sales Executives to strengthen our expanding team. A monthly base salary of 80,000 is provided, ensuring competitive compensation for the position.
We offer an $8,000 bonus for perfect attendance to recognize and reward consistent performance and reliability.
A performance-based incentive of $10,000 is available upon reaching established targets.
A $10,000 target bonus is awarded following three consecutive successful achievements.
Following the successful completion of a three-month probationary period, employees are eligible for a salary adjustment.
Commensurate bonuses are awarded for surpassing team objectives and collective milestones.

Responsible for pursuing new opportunities and converting leads into successful transactions in a timely manner.
Strive to consistently meet or exceed both individual and collective sales objectives, ensuring alignment with established benchmarks and organizational goals.
Accurately maintain sales records and ensure the timely submission of performance reports.
Requirement
Experience in field sales (preferred)
Demonstrates exceptional ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with clarity, fostering strong interpersonal relationships.

Proficient in fundamental computer operations, including the use of standard software applications, file management, and internet navigation, is required.
