Job Summary

The Savings Sales Marketing Officer spearheads efforts to drive deposit mobilization by attracting new savings customers and strategically promoting the organization’s savings products, all with the aim of meeting established deposit growth targets.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties integral to the role’s success, including but not limited to managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Serve as a primary liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration, while maintaining meticulous records of progress and outcomes. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Address and resolve challenges promptly to mitigate risks and sustain high performance across all assigned responsibilities.

Market savings and investment solutions encompass a diverse portfolio of financial products designed to help clients grow and protect their wealth through strategic asset allocation and risk management. These offerings include high-yield savings accounts, certificates of deposit, mutual funds, individual retirement accounts (IRAs), and brokerage services tailored to individual financial goals and risk tolerance. Professionals in this field must demonstrate expertise in financial planning, market analysis, and regulatory compliance while maintaining a strong client-focused approach to deliver personalized investment strategies.

Cultivate and sustain strong, ongoing connections with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Engage in the acquisition of deposits from both individual and corporate clients to bolster the institution’s financial resources.

Achieve established deposit mobilization objectives within the designated timeframe.

Carry out comprehensive market research initiatives to uncover potential business opportunities.

Requirements

A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance, or a comparable field, at either the HND or Bachelor’s degree level, is required.

Candidates with a demonstrated track record in deposit acquisition or sales will be preferred.

Established proficiency in cultivating and maintaining professional connections, along with adept relationship management capabilities.

Proven ability to articulate ideas clearly and deliver engaging presentations.

Compensation for this position is structured as follows: a base salary of $75,000 annually, with the potential for performance-based bonuses reaching up to $10,000 per year. Additionally, the role includes comprehensive benefits, comprising full health insurance coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching up to 5%, and 20 days of paid time off per year.

Remuneration is determined competitively, with consideration given to individual qualifications and professional background.
