Job Summary:
The Crèche Staff will deliver attentive, engaging, and secure care to children within the designated area. They will oversee and interact with the children, distribute nutritious snacks and meals, and maintain a clean, organized environment at all times.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and tasks to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. Craft nutritious meals and snacks in compliance with specified dietary needs and established guidelines, ensuring each dish is prepared and served with meticulous attention to nutritional requirements.
Ensure the crèche area remains consistently clean and orderly by regularly sanitizing toys and equipment to maintain high hygiene standards.
Track each child’s developmental milestones, promptly documenting and escalating any deviations or concerns to the designated supervisor for further assessment and intervention.
Collaborate productively with fellow nursery staff while maintaining clear, professional communication with parents and guardians to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for children and families.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is required; possession of additional certification in Early Childhood Education is advantageous.
Seasoned professionals with hands-on involvement in infant and toddler care within early childhood education environments are encouraged to apply.
Capable of conveying information clearly and professionally with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring mutual understanding and collaboration.
