Craft and implement comprehensive social media strategies with the primary goal of enhancing brand recognition, fostering engagement, and strengthening online visibility.

Develop and distribute compelling content tailored for diverse social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and any additional relevant channels.

Oversee the company’s social media platforms to maintain cohesive brand communication across all channels.

Develop comprehensive content calendars and strategically schedule posts to align with marketing initiatives and overarching business goals.

Monitor social media trends, track advancements within the industry, and analyze competitor actions to uncover strategic opportunities for expansion.

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers promptly and with a high level of professionalism to foster meaningful engagement.

Partner with the design, marketing, and project teams to craft compelling and innovative content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.

Monitor, evaluate, and document key performance indicators across social media platforms, such as engagement rates, audience reach, total impressions, and trends in follower acquisition.

Develop, execute, and oversee paid social media campaigns as needed, ensuring consistent performance tracking and optimization.

Assist in advancing company initiatives by leveraging digital channels to highlight projects, events, products, and services.

Track and respond to online reviews, comments, and messages on social media platforms to uphold brand reputation and enhance customer satisfaction.

Analyze current strategies and propose innovative solutions to enhance audience interaction and digital marketing effectiveness.

Monitor advancements in social media technologies, evolving industry standards, and recent platform modifications to ensure current knowledge and strategic alignment.

The successful candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a related industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in using software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also necessary to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of two to four years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts for a well-established organization is required.

Demonstrates a track record of developing and implementing effective social media content strategies.

Proficient in leveraging key social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).

Proficient in both written and oral communication, with a strong ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.

Exceptional talent for crafting compelling content and persuasive copywriting is essential.

Skilled in utilizing graphic design software including Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or comparable platforms.

Proficiency in video creation and editing platforms, including Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, In Shot, or comparable tools, is required.

Proficiency in utilizing social media analytics platforms and reporting tools is essential.

Proficiency in overseeing social media advertising initiatives is considered a beneficial qualification.

Demonstrates exceptional creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and superior organizational capabilities.

Demonstrates strong self-direction and the capacity to effectively prioritize and oversee several concurrent projects with minimal oversight.

Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing principles would be considered a valuable asset.
