We are looking for accomplished Customer Sales Executives with a strong track record in selling physical products to strengthen our high-energy team at Vita foam. The preferred candidates will focus on accelerating sales performance, fostering lasting customer connections, and providing outstanding service to transform potential buyers into dedicated advocates for the brand.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and performance across assigned functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, streamline processes, and achieve measurable outcomes. Maintain rigorous adherence to compliance requirements, quality benchmarks, and industry regulations while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Analyze data, assess risks, and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making and long-term growth strategies. Lead project management efforts, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of objectives within scope, budget, and stakeholder expectations. Act as a liaison between departments, senior leadership, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of goals. Champion a culture of accountability, professional development, and operational excellence through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

Proactively participate in onsite or face-to-face sales initiatives for physical or material goods.

Explore and capitalize on emerging business prospects, cultivating and expanding strategic relationships to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Cultivate and strengthen ongoing partnerships with current clients to foster long-term growth and satisfaction.

Deliver outstanding performance by consistently meeting or exceeding established sales targets and key performance indicators.

Deliver exceptional after-sales service and address customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Compile and forward periodic sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess at least three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with a commitment to teamwork, are critical for success in this role. Familiarity with project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are advantageous.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required, with preference given to candidates holding an HND or higher qualification.

A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in sales, specifically involving tangible goods such as fast-moving consumer goods, electronics, furniture, or industrial products, is required.

Aptitude for effective negotiation, communication, and interpersonal engagement is essential.

A proactive, results-driven professional with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and achieving predefined objectives.

Proficiency in the local market landscape is essential.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to collaborate effectively within both independent and team-based environments.
