Oversee and execute critical responsibilities encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, fostering innovation and efficiency in project delivery while maintaining rigorous quality standards. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance performance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with business objectives. Mentor and coach team members, cultivating a high-performance culture through professional development initiatives and accountability measures.

Create production schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, aligning them with outlet demand, bulk order volumes, and sales projections to ensure efficient operations.

Responsible for directing and managing the day-to-day operations of kitchen personnel, including cooks, chefs, and kitchen assistants.

Oversee task delegation, track workflow progress, and uphold operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to company standards throughout all kitchen activities.

Ensure the uniformity of taste, presentation, and portion sizes by overseeing food preparation and cooking operations.

Ensure seamless kitchen operations by aligning staff schedules and optimizing production workflows.

Ensure strict adherence to approved recipes and established quality standards throughout all food preparation processes.

Conduct thorough evaluations of incoming raw materials and ingredients to verify their freshness, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with proper storage protocols.

Perform regular quality inspections of food products prior to their release to retail locations, corporate accounts, and takeout service patrons.

Ensure rigorous compliance with all food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen environment.

Identify quality concerns and initiate corrective measures to uphold established product standards.

Provide comprehensive training to new kitchen team members, focusing on food preparation protocols, hygiene standards, and operational workflows.

Monitor kitchen stock levels and collaborate with the inventory team to maintain sufficient ingredient availability.

Ensure the correct operation and upkeep of all kitchen equipment and promptly report any faults that arise.

Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of food orders by monitoring kitchen closely.

Verify that all food prepared for restaurants, corporate clients, and events complies with the company’s established quality standards.

Perform routine kitchen evaluations to detect and address potential food safety and operational hazards.

Maintain adherence to all internal policies and applicable food safety regulations without exception.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field is required for this role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, alongside strong problem-solving capabilities. At least three years of practical experience in software development or a relevant technical domain is essential. Familiarity with system architecture, database management, and version control tools like Git is also necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

A relevant qualification in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Catering, or a closely related discipline, such as an HND or B.Sc. degree, is required.

Seeking candidates with two to four years of hands-on experience in kitchen operations, food production, or quality assurance within a food service setting.

Proficiency in food safety regulations and quality assurance methodologies proves advantageous.

Demonstrates exceptional leadership, meticulous planning abilities, and a commitment to thorough reporting standards.

Proficient understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene regulations is essential.

Demonstrates resilience and composure when handling high-pressure situations while consistently meeting strict production deadlines.
