Job Summary

The Savings Sales Marketing Officer plays a pivotal role in driving deposit mobilization efforts, expanding the customer base by attracting new savings clients, and strategically promoting the organization’s savings products to meet and exceed deposit growth targets.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and foster collaboration. Conduct thorough performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth and development. Maintain rigorous compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks. Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and departmental teams to facilitate seamless communication and decision-making.

Develop and offer a comprehensive portfolio of financial solutions tailored for savings and investment objectives, ensuring clients receive expert guidance and strategic options to optimize their financial growth and security.

Foster and sustain enduring partnerships with customers to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

Source deposits from both personal and business clients.

Achieve established deposit mobilization objectives within the specified timeframe.

Perform comprehensive market surveys to uncover viable business opportunities.

Compile and analyze reports focused on customer acquisition metrics and overall performance indicators.

Requirements

A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a closely related discipline at the HND or Bachelor’s degree level is required.

A background demonstrating success in deposit mobilization or sales is beneficial.

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, adept at cultivating and maintaining professional networks and partnerships.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in written form, with a strong aptitude for delivering engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
