Job Summary
We invite ambitious and driven NYC Corps Members to become integral members of our Sales and Marketing team in the capacity of Sales Representatives.
The ideal candidates will drive the promotion and marketing of the company’s products, cultivate high-quality leads, and contribute to sustained sales expansion.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical tasks, ensuring adherence to organizational objectives and industry standards. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion, foster innovation, and maintain operational excellence. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout all processes.
Drive awareness and demand for the company’s offerings among potential clients through strategic marketing and promotional initiatives.
Proactively engage with prospective clients to cultivate sales prospects and drive revenue growth.
Educate clients regarding the features, advantages, and pricing structures of available products.
Foster strong connections with customers to promote ongoing patronage and loyalty.
Deliver outstanding results by consistently meeting and exceeding predetermined sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Deliver comprehensive evaluations of customer requirements, market dynamics, and competitive movements to inform strategic decision-making.
Execute promotional initiatives, marketing campaigns, and field marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Diligently document and communicate daily sales performance metrics.
Requirements
Must currently be serving as a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC).
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with the capacity to build and maintain productive professional relationships.
Eager to acquire new skills and thrive in a performance-focused setting.
Demonstrated capability to operate autonomously as well as collaborate effectively within team environments.
Proficiency in sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial.
Maintains a positive attitude, demonstrates strong discipline, and upholds a commitment to professional work standards.
