Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, familiarity with project management methodologies and adherence to compliance standards are crucial. The ideal candidate must demonstrate adaptability in dynamic environments and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline is required.

A track record of success in client relationship management is essential.

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) methodologies and tools is required.

A proven track record in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
