Job Summary

The Chief Supervising Officer (CSO) will be tasked with managing security operations, directing the performance of security staff, and guaranteeing the strategic allocation of guards across client sites.

Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the security team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

We are responsible for the recruitment, training, and deployment of skilled security guards to designated client sites.

Guarantee that all security personnel adhere strictly to established company policies and operational protocols.

Design and implement comprehensive training initiatives tailored to the needs of security personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and industry best practices.

Maintain consistent communication with management to provide operational updates and address challenges.

Manage incident reports and maintain comprehensive security documentation in accordance with established protocols.

Conduct thorough background checks and implement robust vetting procedures for all security personnel to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

The position requires availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with potential flexibility for occasional evening or weekend duties as project demands dictate. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to maintain a consistent and punctual attendance record, adhering to the established work schedule unless approved for alternative arrangements.

Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the expectation of adaptability to meet evolving operational requirements.
