Compile monthly financial statements and generate detailed financial reports to provide accurate insights into the organization’s fiscal performance, ensuring all data is thoroughly reviewed and verified for precision.
Process and oversee the preparation, review, and settlement of vendor invoices and payments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
Maintain precise digital accounting records to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
Provide support in the preparation and management of budgets and financial projections.
Ensure adherence to established internal financial procedures and controls to maintain regulatory compliance and operational integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, including expertise in Python.
• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring junior engineers and fostering team collaboration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Holders of a Bachelor of Science degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a closely aligned discipline are invited to apply.

Demonstrates advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including the ability to efficiently manage, analyze, and present data. Familiarity with pivot tables, macros, and automation features is essential.
Proficient in utilizing accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks and Zoho Books, among others.

Capable of operating autonomously with minimal oversight, ensuring efficient task completion while maintaining accountability and productivity.
