Maintain the website’s operational integrity, safeguard its security, and enhance its user experience.
Enhance the efficiency, loading speed, and interactivity of the website to ensure optimal user experience.
Provide oversight to maintain the operational integrity of office technology and communication systems.
Responsibilities include overseeing user account administration, maintaining password security protocols, and administering access permissions to ensure appropriate system and data access.
Perform routine system maintenance and timely updates as scheduled to ensure optimal performance and security.
Implement and maintain robust data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical company information against loss or corruption.
Oversee and manage a comprehensive inventory encompassing all IT hardware assets and software licenses.
Develop and deploy robust cybersecurity protocols to safeguard the organization’s data and critical systems from unauthorized access or cyber threats.
Provide comprehensive training to employees on the effective utilization of technology and digital tools.
Develop and deploy website updates, new features, and enhancements as directed to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Track website analytics metrics and compile comprehensive performance reports to evaluate site effectiveness and user engagement.
Regularly update website content through coordinated efforts with the Media and Marketing teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Investigate and address website errors, bugs, and technical issues promptly to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Proactively safeguard the website against potential cyber threats and maintain robust security measures to ensure comprehensive protection.
Assist in the deployment and administration of CRM systems and additional business software solutions to ensure seamless operational efficiency.
Suggest technology solutions designed to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee and provide technical assistance for online marketing initiatives to ensure seamless execution and performance optimization throughout campaign lifecycles.
Oversee the administration and maintenance of corporate email systems, domain registrations, web hosting solutions, and cloud-based applications to ensure seamless operational functionality and security compliance.
Maintain adherence to organizational protocols governing data security and technology utilization.
